Ingredients (for 6 persons): - 1/2 liter of almond milk (all ready in bricks, already sweetened)
- 2 g agar-agar
- 10 tablespoons praline
Preparation of the recipe Blanc-Manger with pralin :
Pour the almond milk into a saucepan, as well as the powdered agar.
Heat and hold a small boil for 3 minutes. Out of the fire, add the praline, stir well and pour into six mini-cups. Place 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
With the pan fixed, unmold each cut in the plates, then sprinkle with praline.
Notes:
This dessert can be the accompaniment of a cake. Agar-agar is found in organic or dietetic stores. It is an easy to use natural ingredient to gel.
