Ingredients (for 10 people): - 250 g flour
- 4 eggs

- 1 Greek yoghurt
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 200 g of raisins extra soft
- 200 g of brown sugar
- about 10 dried apricots
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- 2 pinch mixture 4 spices (not essential)
Preparation of the recipe Cake full of energy with dried fruits :
In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, Greek yoghurt and eggs.
Then add the sugar , raisins and dried apricots. The texture is very thick.
Place in preheated oven at 180 ° C (thermostat 6) for 45 min.
The cake keeps well in the sachets (frozen types) and it is ideal to consume before going to do sport!
