Cake with apricots and peaches

Cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients (for 8 people): - 3 peaches
- 6 Apricots
- flaked almonds
- 250g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 125 g of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation of the recipe Cake with apricots and peaches
Peel the peaches and cut them into strips or diced, do the same with the apricots
Melt butter in microwave, then add sugar, whole eggs and yeast-flour
Mix the fruit with this paste, as well as the flaked almonds (one can also perfume with orange blossom)
Pour the mixture into a buttered cake pan and put in a hot oven (200 degrees) for 35 to 40 minutes
