10 mint leaves + 4 small leaves for decoration

Peel the cucumbers. Cut them lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut the cucumbers into pieces.
In a blender, put the pieces of cucumber, the washed mint leaves, the lemon juice.
Mix until you obtain a smooth gazpacho. Taste, salt and pepper.
Divide among 4 transparent glasses, decorate with the small mint leaves
Put the preparations in the refrigerator for half an hour.
