Tea jelly:
Step 1 Prepare an infusion: boil a liter of water, add the tea and let infuse 10 minutes.
2nd step In a bowl with jam, put the infusion filtered, add the sugar and the gelling agent.
Step 3 Bring to a boil. Simmer. Check the intake of jelly.
Step 4 Put in jars.

It is also very good with a jasmine tea to which fresh flowers of spring are added.
