35 g of butter

40 g of chocolate

1 egg

2 cl of milk

20 g sugar

20 g flour

Cooking time: 1 min

Step 1 In a mug, cut the chocolate into pieces and add the butter in pieces. Spend it all 30sec in the microwave (1mn to 1000 watts for me). Mix with a fork, to finish melting the chocolate and smooth the mixture.

2nd step Add the sugar , mix and add the egg, the milk and finally the flour by mixing well after each addition. You can add a garnish if you wish: salted butter caramel , bounty pieces, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, banana slices ...

Step 3 Cook the cake in his mug for 45sec to 1mn in the microwave at max power 1000 watts depending on the power of your oven and the desired consistency (1mn30 for me, it was well cooked but still flowing on the sides).



I add my grain of salt
