1 kg of ricotta cheese
125 g green and pitted black olives
2 eggs
1 bunch of basil
Pepper
Salt

Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150°C (thermostat 5).
Step 2
Crush the ricotta cheese with a fork in a bowl.
Step 3
Add the eggs and mix well until smooth.
Step 4
Add the coarsely chopped olives and chopped basil. Salt, pepper.
Step 5
Line a small cake pan with baking paper.
Step 6
Pour the preparation while pressing well.
Step 7
Bake in a hot oven for about an hour.
Step 8
Let cool, cover and let stand a few hours in the fridge.
Step 9
Serve chilled as a starter with a salad.
