Ingredients (for 8 people): - 10 apricots
- 200 g ground almonds
- 200 g of soft butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
Preparation of the recipe Amandine with apricots
Blanch all the mixture.
Butter a gratin dish.
Put the apricots on the dish.
Cover with mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes in thermostat oven 5.
Serve cold or warm.
Notes:
It is important to put the apricots side-up against the dish as this prevents the juice of the apricot from remaining in the fruit during cooking.
