Ingredients (for 6 people): - 6 slices of square bread , large format
- 35 cl of aioli
- 1 lettuce
- 35 cl of mayonnaise
- 500 g crabmeat
- 24 fillets of anchovies in oil
- 5 hard eggs
- 5 sliced tomatoes
- 2 types cheeses fresh half- salt
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup sauce
- 2 handfuls of chives
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch of Cayenne pepper
- 24 olives
Preparation of the recipe Surprise bread with flavors of the ocean :
Slices 3 hard boiled eggs and 3 tomatoes. Book.
Prepare 4 bowls: in the first, mix ketchup and mayonnaise and season with Cayenne. In the second, arrange the heart of detailed lettuce into strips. In the third, crumble the crab. In the last and fourth bowl, combine fresh cheeses and chopped chives.
Take 6 slices of bread. On 1 slice, spread with cheese stuffing. On 2 other slices spread with garlic, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs and anchovy fillets. Then, on another 2 slices, brush with ketchup mayonnaise, lettuce and crab. Overlap the slices of bread crumbs, finishing with the blank slice.
Flatten the bread-surprise and cover with cheese stuffing.
Cut into triangles following the diagonals of the square of bread.
Serve with remaining lettuce leaves, tomatoes, quartered hard boiled eggs and trimmed olives.
Notes:
You can cut into triangles before superimposing all slices of bread
