4 ripe tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 handful of peas
2 Italian sausages
5 tablespoons of olive oil

Step 1
Immerse the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute, take them out and rinse them under cold water to remove the skin. Cut them into 4.

Mix the peeled garlic and onion to make very small pieces.

Remove the casing from the sausage and mash with a fork.

In a saucepan, sauté the garlic and onion and sausage in olive oil until golden brown.
